  • November 2, 2023, 6:00pm Town Hall / Community Meeting.  Community  members will have an opportunity to hear about our upcoming levy decision and participate in a discussion. To view the meeting on  ZOOM, click here.
  • January 25, 2024, 5:30pm Public Hearing. Public Hearing for community comment about Crescent School District's application for Federal Impact Aid. This will be immediately followed by the Regular Board of Directors Meeting.
  • April 11, 2024, 5:30pm Board Study Session. Discussion about policy review and 2024-2025 Budget timeline.

  • September 8, 2022, 6:00 Special Study Session. The Board will be meeting to discuss School Board applicants.
  • January 19, 2023 at 6:00 Special Board Study Session in the Crescent School library to discuss the 2023-2024 school year calendar. Public comment / input between 6 and 7:00, or before the meeting via email to [email protected]. Meeting will be broadcast online via Zoom link. No action will be taken.
  • February 9, 2023, 6:00 pm Special Board Study Session to discuss the 23/24 budget and district procedure 4215P. To view the agenda and join via Zoom, click here.
  • March 15, 2023, 6:00pm Board Study Session to discuss the 2023/24 budget and policy review.
  • April 20, 2023 6:00pm Board Study Session to participate in discussion and Q&A about the PAX GBG program, a program designated to create unified practices, with positive actions and supports for student behaviors. Meeting will be broadcast online via ZOOM.
  • June 13, 2023 6:00pm Board Study Session for a 2023-24 budget discussion and a 2023-24 levy discussion.
  • August 9, 2023 6:00pm Board Study Session to discuss board self-evaluation and Superintendent year-end evaluation.

  • October 14, 2021, 6:00 p.m. Board Study Session in the Crescent Library.  Board will discuss Graduation Requirement, Policy Review, Superintendent and Board Goals. The meeting will be broadcast online via link. 
  • December 8, 2021 6:00 Special Board Study Session in Crescent Cafeteria. Board will discuss Strategic Plan and listen to a presentation about AVID.
  • February 9, 2022 6:00 Special Study session in Crescent Cafeteria. Members of the board, CAT team, and community will discuss Strategic Plan with David Engle.
  • March 9, 2022 6:00 Special Study Session in Crescent Cafeteria. Members of the board, CAT team, and community will discuss Strategic Plan with David Engle.
  • March 16, 2022 4:45 Special Board meeting over Zoom. Board will vote to approve calendar for the 22-23 school year. They will consider public comment submitted in writing before the meeting.
  • August 16, 2022 6:00 Special Study Session. The Board will be meeting to discuss Board self-evaluations and the Superintendent year-end evaluation.

  • July 29, 2021 6:30 p.m.  Special Board Meeting and Study Session in Crescent School Library.  To pass Resolution 202106 authorizing revision of the 20/21 Capital Projects fund budget.  Study session for board self-evaluation and Superintendent evaluation.
  • June 14, 2021, 6:30 p.m. Board Study Session in the Crescent Library.  Policy and Budget review.
  • May 12, 2021, 6:00 p.m. Public Meeting and Board Study Session in Crescent School Library.  (30 minutes) To discuss with Native American Parent committee the Federal Application for EASIE Funds ($15,157) to hire a part-time tribal liaison.  (Remainder of meeting) Discuss reopening plan document due June 1, 2021 to be approved by the board May 27, 2021.  Also discuss board policy series 0000.  May take a physical tour of the construction work.
  • March 15, 2021, 6:00 p.m. Board Study Session in Crescent School Library.  The meeting will be broadcast online via this link.  Board will discuss the health and fitness committee, board policies for first reading, the school reopening (high school), recent quarantine recommendation for out of state travel, and the WSSDA contract for policy review.
  • February 11, 2021, 6:00 p.m.  Board Study Session via Zoom to review board policies, meet with Kelsey Winters (WSSDA) regarding policy work, information around grading practices going forward, athletic eligibility for this year, and information about the 2021-22 school year calendar.
