New! Sports Registration Now Online with FinalForms

We’re excited to announce that Crescent School District is now using FinalForms, a secure online platform for managing athletic registration, forms, and eligibility.

Starting 7/18/2025, all student-athletes must register online through FinalForms before participating in any school sports. This system allows families to complete and sign athletic forms entirely online, saving time and improving accuracy. Best of all, once you've completed your forms, FinalForms saves your data — meaning next season, you'll only need to review and update.

What You’ll Need to Do:

1. Create a parent account at: Crescent School Final Forms Site; https://crescent-wa.finalforms.com

2. Register your student(s) and select the sports they plan to play

3. Complete and sign all required forms

4. Ensure your student signs their portion (FinalForms will prompt them)- Students will not be able to participate in practice until forms are signed

💡 Note: Physical exams are still required and must be uploaded or turned in to the office to complete registration.

At the January 22, 2026 regular meeting, the Crescent School District Board of Directors formally acted on the official notification of my retirement at the conclusion of the 2025–2026 school year.

As part of the transition process, the Board also took action to contract with Northwest Leadership Associates to assist in conducting a search for Crescent’s next superintendent.

An important first step in this process is gathering input from staff, families, students, and community members.

Crescent superintendent to retire after 41 years, multiple jobs

JOYCE — Teacher. Principal. Basketball coach. Athletic director. Drivers ed instructor.

Superintendent David Bingham has held nearly every title in the Crescent School District.

In June, he’ll add one more: retiree. Bingham plans to step down in June after 41 years with the district.

Bingham said the decision came after a period of reflection that began during a medical leave last fall.

A quorum of the Crescent School District Board may be present for “Lunch and a Chat” with School District Students on Monday, February 2 from 10:45 AM to 12:40 PM. No action will be taken.

PURPOSE OF THE SPECIAL MEETING

The Board will meet for the purpose of considering and taking action to authorize the Superintendent to enter into a contract with:

Northern Hardwood Co., Inc.
P.O. Box 499
Deer Park, WA

Contract Amount: $29,250

The contract is for work to clean, sand, and refinish the Crescent School District gymnasium floor, with work scheduled to be completed during the week of February 23, 2026.

No other business will be transacted at this Special Meeting.
