Small Works Roster

In Compliance with RCW 28A.335.190, by completing and submitting this form you are requesting to be added to the Small Works Roster of the Crescent School District and wish to have the opportunity to submit proposals for the type of work and size of projects shown below.

As a matter of practice, after submission of this form, Crescent will the Contractor's status on the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries.  We encourage all Contractors to check this site to ensure their own compliance, and as a resource for compliance information.*

All work performed under the Small Works Roster at Crescent must be paid at Prevailing Wage and Contractors must not be suspended or debarred.

*As of July 1, 2019, there is a new training requirement for any business before bidding and/or performing work on public works projects.
