Yesterday, March 19th, we started our food deliveries for student meals during the school closure under the USDA Summer Food Service Program.
We feel the deliveries went well, but feel that we can reach more families and further minimize potential exposures of our staff and others by changing our delivery model to “Drop Zones”.
Starting Monday, March 23rd, we will not be delivering meals to homes.
Instead, we will be parked at the following locations where you can pick up meals for your students:
- Crescent School parking lot
- Salt Creek Restaurant parking lot
- Straight Stretch between Oxenford Rd and Peters Rd
Pick up times are from 11:00 am and Noon, Monday through Friday
Children must be present at the time in order to receive meals.
Last, but not least, on Fridays, we will be sending meals home for the weekend.
